1. Services

Northline Carpentry & Construction provides carpentry and construction services, including but not limited to residential framing, renovations, installations, and custom woodwork.

All services will be carried out as agreed upon in writing, including project scope, timelines, and specifications. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

2. Quotes, Pricing and Payment

All quotes provided are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if project requirements are modified.

Quotes are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Payment schedules will be outlined prior to project commencement.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed.

Additional costs may apply for:

Changes in project scope
Unforeseen structural or site conditions
Material price fluctuations

Failure to make payments on time may result in delays, suspension of work, or additional fees.
